This year's concert will be the first time we have reached out to the community to help us, and we believe it is the beginning of a wonderful volunteer program. Our show requires hundreds of hours of planning throughout the year to make everything come together, and the members of our chapter pour their hearts' and souls' into the project. And the day of the event requires no less work, with everyone working from early in the morning to setup, sound check, and prepare for their roles during the concert. There is no doubt that putting on this show can be cumbersome, but we always have a fantastic time watching the bands!
